Sit and Fit                    Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10:15-11am

The Sit and Fit exercise class is designed to make exercise fun, easy, and safe for people of all ages. The focus is on therapeutic exercises that make everyday activities easier to perform, including core strengthening, balance work, stretching, and relaxation. This class will help maintain mobility, flexibility, and stamina along with building muscles, boosting metabolism, and helping to prevent falls that can be dangerous. This is a 45 minute class with a mixture of seated and standing exercises.  If standing is not an option for you all exercises can be performed seated.

Pilates Fusion              Monday, Wednesday & Friday 11:am-11:45

The Pilates Fusion class will focus on your core muscles–abdominal and spine.  It will blend the Classical Pilates Method with exercise variations using props and weights. Pilates is a full body conditioning class comprised of a series of approximately 500 designed movements performed standing, on a mat and or an exercise ball or chair.  This will improve your balance and coordination, as well as, your posture. Having a strong core improves every move you make because all movements start from the body’s core. This class can help to relieve back pain and prevent injury.  Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles. Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations. Pilates Fusion is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movement.

$10 per class paid to the Instructor
